Replace 'python3 -m coverage' with direct calls to 'coverage' binary. Running python with -m prepends the CWD to sys.path, which allows untrusted workspace files to hijack the 'coverage' module. Running the binary directly avoids this. Signed-off-by: Jincheng Chen <chenjincheng@google.com> BUG=b/510375756 TAG=agy CONV=f5118c4a-3577-4dc6-a4b6-1f2abb990935
